1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Moore World Wide Enterprises, LLC regarding your use of the Festival Planner service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Festival Planner is a web-based service that helps you:

  • Match festivals and concerts to your Spotify music taste
  • Discover new artists and festivals based on your preferences
  • Build personalized, conflict-aware festival schedules
  • Track your favorite artists and must-see performances

4. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must connect your Spotify account. By doing so, you authorize us to access your Spotify data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service

6. Third-Party Services

Your use of Spotify data is subject to Spotify's Terms of Service. Festival and concert data is provided by JamBase. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and algorithms, is owned by MWWE and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of your personal data.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that festival schedules or recommendations are accurate. Always verify information with official festival sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MWWE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. To delete your account and data, contact us at hello@moorewwe.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. EU consumers retain their local consumer protection rights.
